Lance oversees agency operations, keeping us on target and ensuring that we are delivering value to our clients. As Managing Director, he positions the agency for growth by developing and implementing processes and workflows that make us more efficient and leverage our strengths. For 15+ years, Lance has built organizations at all stages, from early stage to acquisition, and developed high-performance, award-winning teams which have served global brands across the continent. With an agency background and an entrepreneur himself (founder of HeyBryan), Lance keeps our team motivated and grounded to do great work for our clients.

Prior to Skyrocket, Lance led two agencies that worked with some of the largest brands in North America and built a business from an idea to a publicly-traded company on the CSE.
